The Fashionista Headlines newspaper was created to support the launch of Brighton Collectibles’ Fashionista Headlines jewelry and handbag collection. Designed as an editorial-style publication, the piece highlights the artistry behind the collection while presenting product in a narrative-driven format that encourages exploration and discovery.

Approach
The design draws inspiration from classic newspaper layouts, combining bold headline typography with a structured grid to organize content across multiple spreads. I developed a flexible layout system that balances editorial storytelling with clear product presentation. Careful attention was given to hierarchy, pacing, and visual rhythm so readers could move naturally between articles, product features, and imagery.

Typography and spacing were used to reinforce the newspaper concept while maintaining Brighton’s elevated brand aesthetic. Each spread was designed to highlight both the designer’s inspiration and the individual pieces within the collection.

Outcome
The final publication created an engaging storytelling platform that supports the collection launch while giving customers a deeper understanding of the craftsmanship and design inspiration behind the pieces. The editorial format encourages browsing and discovery, transforming product marketing into a more immersive brand experience.
